WHAT’S NEW

Start your engines for a new Cars update! Welcome Maddy McGear, Cruz Ramirez, and Jackson Storm from Disney and Pixar’s Cars to your Kingdom. Expand your park with a new Cars attraction and take part in the Cars Mini Event for more racing fun. Plus, collect memories piece by piece with Kingdom Postcards - a new way to celebrate your Disney Magic Kingdoms journey. Don’t miss this high-speed update full of rewards, charm, and summer road-trip spirit!

Cookie Party – August 6th – August 13th

The Cookie Party is a special time-limited event where every step brings you closer to a powerful Final Reward of your choice. Once the event goes live, you can enter through the dedicated icon on your main screen and dive straight into the fun.

During the event, you’ll spend event currency, Tea Cups, to collect rewards on beautifully designed interactive boards. As you uncover rewards, you’ll collect milestone Cookies and move to the next board, where even greater treasures await.

Dreamland Quest 1 – August 7th – August 12th

Dreamland Quest is a short event, where you can get lots of free rewards, including a Legendary Chest of your choice.

Select your own main reward and switch it if you want to;
Tap a cell to see a task you need to complete;
Complete tasks in the cells to claim a reward and unlock a fragment;
Complete a row or a column to open a chest;
Complete all tasks to unlock the Main Reward and open the image.

Quality of Life Changes

Social System: Player Profile

We're excited to introduce the first step in our new Social System: the Player Profile!

Starting with this update, you'll find the Player Profile icon in the top-left corner of the screen. Inside, you can:

View your nickname
- You'll be able to choose your nickname during the tutorial, and your first nickname change is free. Subsequent nickname changes cost Gems.
- For underaged players, other players' nicknames in the Leaderboards will appear as system-generated names (such as Disney Fan, Monsters, Inc. Employee, or Glass Slippers). This is intended behavior.

Customize your avatar and frame
- Unlock avatars and frames by leveling characters to Level 10, earning event rewards, or purchasing special bundles.
Check your profile statistics
Easily copy your Player ID

Balancing Changes

Why do we rebalance the game? Disney Magic Kingdoms is a game with many interconnected systems. Since our initial launch, we have added a lot of new features and content, and each time we do this, it can significantly affect how these systems interact with each other. To ensure that the gameplay experience remains as intended, we are sometimes required to make balancing changes. Ultimately, rebalancing the game is necessary so that Disney Magic Kingdoms is fun and enjoyable for all. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Sort the Magic: Special Orders

During this update, standard Special Orders will be available in the mini-game every 6 hours. Each standard Special Order contains the following rewards:

500 Magic
1 Blue Ribbon Chest

Event Special Orders will be available during the Cars Mini Event (August 13th – August 28th). A maximum of 48 Event Special Orders can be completed during the event. Each Event Special Order rewards players with:

500 Magic
1 Lemon Ribbon Chest

Once all 48 Event Special Orders have been completed, all subsequent Special Orders will revert to the standard version, rewarding a Blue Ribbon Chest instead of a Lemon Ribbon Chest.
